zedders (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information openly and transparently, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to an enquiry. When you use the enquiry form, we collect:

We do not collect any other personal information through this website, and we do not ask you to create an account. This is deliberate data minimisation (APP 3): if we don’t need it, we don’t ask for it.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to continue, to arrange and conduct a discovery call. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or social-media trackers, which is why you will not see a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to. We measure aggregate traffic (such as total visits and which pages are viewed) using a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service that does not collect your IP address or any other personal identifier. We cannot identify you from these statistics.

How we store and protect it

Enquiries are delivered to a nominated zedders inbox and held securely. Access is limited to zedders. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for 12 months from the date of your enquiry, after which they are deleted, unless we are required to keep them longer by law or you have become a client and a separate engagement record applies.

Who we share it with

We do not disclose your personal information except to the service providers that operate this site’s infrastructure, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service:

Some of these providers may store or process data outside Australia. We choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards, and we keep the data shared with them to the minimum required.

Accessing and correcting your information
